How do I add a child?

After signing in as a parent, you can create and manage child profiles from the parent side of the app.

How do I change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase. You can review or change your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription through your Apple subscription settings. Apple handles subscription billing and cancellations.

How do I reset my PIN?

If you need help resetting your parent PIN, contact support@juniai.app.

What subjects are available?

Juni AI currently supports Maths, Reading, Science, Brain Puzzles, World Explorer, Coding Basics, and AI Basics, depending on grade level.

What grades does the app support?

Juni AI supports children in Grades 1-6, with some subjects available only for certain grades.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. Juni AI is built with parent-managed accounts, no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no behavioral advertising. Children do not create their own accounts.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@juniai.app.
