These Terms of Use govern your use of Juni AI.
By accessing or using Juni AI, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Juni AI is intended for adults, parents, or legal guardians who create and manage accounts for children ages 6-12. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The parent or legal guardian is the account holder and is responsible for account security, PIN setup, subscription management, and supervising child usage of the app.
Children use Juni AI through Child Mode on the parent's device. Children do not have separate accounts, cannot make purchases, and cannot access external links or parent settings from child-facing screens.
Parent accounts use email and password authentication, OTP verification, password reset flows, and PIN-protected parent access where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Juni AI offers a free tier and paid subscription options. Current pricing may include Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans, as shown in the app. All subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refunds according to its own policies.
Juni AI may offer a free trial for first-time users. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may vary and are displayed in the app before purchase.
If you have previously purchased a subscription through Apple, you may restore your purchase using the restore purchases feature available in the app.
You agree not to misuse Juni AI, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, interfere with service operation, or use the app in violation of applicable laws.
All app content, design, branding, software, and educational materials made available through Juni AI are owned by or licensed to Juni AI and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
Juni AI uses AI to generate structured educational lesson content and answer grading. While we aim to provide high-quality, age-appropriate material, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors.
Juni AI does not include advertising, chat, messaging, public leaderboards between families, or user-generated social features.
We aim to provide reliable access to Juni AI, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juni AI is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. Juni AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to Juni AI if these Terms are violated, misuse is suspected, or continued service cannot be provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Juni AI after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
